Based upon Trisha's review which recommended both the book and the purchase of the Reach Easy massager, I bought both. However, I have been unable to find any reference in the book to using the Reach Easy or any other massager. Where does it fit in?
Not knowing what to do with it, I have in the meantime simply started rolling the Reach Easy over both front and back of each hand, fingers and wrist before going to sleep each night, and find that my former nighttime distress has been very significantly reduced, but that does not seem consistent with the detailed exercises in the book, none of which I have been doing yet.
Any one have further enlightenment on this?
